Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This website, buymyhomeinflorida.com, is operated by Tamara Sellers, REALTOR®, a licensed real estate sales associate with Exit King Realty, 1800 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293 ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your inquiry, your location, and your message. If you tick the optional box, we also record your consent to be contacted by phone call or text message.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Google may use cookies and collect information like your IP address, browser type and device. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server log data (such as IP address and request time) to deliver and secure the site. Contact form submissions are stored with Netlify so we can receive them.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you ask about.
• To contact you by email, and by phone call or text message only if you have given consent.
• To understand and improve how the site is used.
• To protect the site and our form from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (such as Netlify and Google, as described above), with Exit King Realty as our brokerage, or when required by law. Phone numbers and text-messaging consent collected through this site are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Property listings

Links labeled for home searches or listings take you to a property search site operated by our brokerage's listing provider. That site has its own privacy practices, and information you enter there is governed by its policy, not this one.

Your choices

• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, by emailing tamara@buygulfhomes.com or calling (941) 318-4842.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or brokerage record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
