Global Perspective: I grew up in Uganda and Kenya. Because of that, I relate well with people of other cultures and perspectives.
Military Service: I served as a commissioned officer in the US Navy for almost a decade. I understand the unique needs of our military service members.
Healthcare Expertise: In tandem with real estate investing, I worked as a registered nurse for 38 years. For thirteen of those years, I taught part-time at four universities. I am motivated by the desire to help others. I value hard work, and I prioritize trust.
Real Estate Experience: For 25 years, I bought distressed properties in Indiana, Colorado, and Kentucky, renovated them, and sold them for profit. I have an eye for value, risk, and potential that ensures I'm always working in your best interest.
